There is nothing we more rewarding than writing checks for your favorite charities and non-profits. This is especially true for your local business owners, they just don’t know it yet. Moby Pages helps local causes raise funds by asking local businesses to spend some or all of their advertising budgets on local causes. In return their contributions, the fact that they donated and optionally how much they donated shows up on Moby Pages as advertisement to show that it’s a “local business that cares”.

Fund raising with Moby Pages is really simple. You, the fund raiser, simply register a cause with Moby Pages, print out our brochures, and go to your favorite business and tell them about your cause and how Moby Pages can help their business. If they agree, you ask them to write you a check for whatever amount that they are willing to donate. In return you take pictures, video, and other information about the business. You then enter this information into Moby Pages. Moby Pages charges a small administration fee which is paid only after you have entered the details into Moby Pages.

The best businesses to ask are those which receive a lot of business from you. These businesses see you as a valuable customer and will do whatever they need to keep you satisfied and therefore are the best candidates for asking for a donation.
